Yesterday I tried to do the before bedtime wind-down that Sam suggested. I turned off my computer and phone and put them in the living room. I put on my diffuser. I don’t have a book yet so I found an old sketch book and just drew a bit.

Super hard to calm my mind down, but I think I did sleep better. I’ll have to try again tonight.
